Flight weight limits apply: While we don’t have a weight limit, we are required to collect individual passenger weights at the time of booking for aircraft weight and balance purposes, following Civil Aviation Authority standard procedures. To ensure accuracy, all passengers will be weighed again at check-in.

Please note that a minimum of 4 passengers is needed for the helicopter flight to operate. In case of adverse weather, helicopter flights may be delayed or canceled. If possible, we will try to arrange a scenic helicopter return to Queenstown. If this isn’t possible, the return journey will be by coach, and you’ll receive a partial refund for the helicopter experience.
